Kerri-Anne Edge Hill
Kerri-Anne believes yoga is a wonderful tool for self-care. She teaches small-group classes and personalized instruction in Yoga, with an emphasis on breath-based functional movement, postural alignment, hormonal and nervous system support and mental/emotional health. Her teachings are offered with the intention of sharing tools that support greater self-awareness, contentment and quality of life.
Kerri-Anne began practicing Yoga in earnest in 2001 and commenced formal training and teaching in 2007. Through experiencing the overwhelming joys and demands of parenthood to her 9-year old son, she’s gained immense appreciation of the value of daily yoga practice on and off the mat: often short, sweet, and ‘interrupted’. She’s always in the process of learning how to take her practice with her, and to let go of expectations (most of the time!). Grateful for the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya, these are central to Kerri-Anne’s practice after being passed on through a number of teachers. She’s currently studying in the field of yoga therapy with Dr Ganesh Mohan and the international teaching team at Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda. Learn more about Kerri-Anne here.
